# Groh Construction Inc. — Custom Cottages, Boathouses & Renovations in Huntsville, ON

Groh Construction Inc. is a full-service Huntsville construction company based on Grassmere Resort Road, working the breadth of the Muskoka residential and waterfront scope. The firm is owner-operated by brothers Steven and Trevor Groh — both Muskoka-raised with more than two decades of combined trades experience — and runs new builds, renovations and teardowns across cottages, garages, boathouses and interior finishing. That combination is useful on Muskoka lakefront properties where a new build often pairs with a boathouse and a shoreline-accessory structure. Reviews repeatedly highlight a dedicated, respectful on-site crew, which matters more than brochure copy on lake projects that span multiple seasons.

## Services

- New custom-home and cottage construction
- Waterfront boathouse builds and renovations
- Garage construction and property-accessory structures
- Whole-home renovations and teardown-and-rebuild projects
- Interior finishing — trim, millwork, cabinetry coordination

## Service Area

Huntsville, Lake of Bays, Dwight, Port Sydney, Hidden Valley, and the surrounding lakefront properties across the District of Muskoka.

## Why it’s on home.renovation.reviews

Boathouse-capable builders are scarce and seasonal — the directory keeps a dedicated bench of them because Muskoka’s shoreline approvals process is a material part of the build. Groh Construction joins Sheppard Construction (Gravenhurst) and Bredin Brothers (Huntsville/Utterson) as the third directory entry with an explicit boathouse scope, giving cottage owners more than one option as they scope their lake season.
