# Grand Project Contracting — Family-Run Full-Service General Contractor in Milton, ON Grand Project Contracting is a family-owned general contractor based at 1191 Winter Crescent in Milton, Ontario (L9T 6V9), with more than 20 years of hands-on renovation work across the west GTA. The company runs a full-service roster — basements, bathrooms, kitchens, flooring, stucco, painting, electrical, and plumbing — with the entire scope coordinated in-house rather than subcontracted piecemeal, which is unusual at this business scale. The 20+ year tenure is double the median age of firms in the surrounding cluster, and the in-house stucco capability is a genuine trade differentiator that most Milton GCs don’t carry. ## Services - **Basement finishing and full basement renovations** — family rooms, home offices, and secondary-suite conversions, with all mechanical trades coordinated in-house. - **Bathroom and kitchen remodelling, with cabinetry coordination** — full demo-to-delivery on both wet-area trades and custom or semi-custom cabinetwork. - **Flooring installs and refinishing** — hardwood, engineered, laminate, and tile, with proper subfloor prep and levelling for a flat, long-lasting result. - **Stucco installation and repair (interior and exterior)** — in-house specialty covering both new application and blended patch repairs on existing stucco surfaces, uncommon in the Milton market. - **Interior and exterior painting** — prep-first approach across walls, trim, ceilings, and exterior surfaces. - **In-house electrical and plumbing coordination** — avoiding the scheduling delays and margin-stacking that typically come with fully subcontracted mechanical trades on renovation projects. ## Service Area Milton, Oakville, Mississauga, Burlington, Hamilton, Georgetown, Erin, and surrounding communities along the 401 / 407 / QEW corridor. ## Why it’s on home.renovation.reviews Two signals pull this listing above the Milton average. First, the 20+ year family-run tenure is double the median age of the firms around it, which matters for renovation — callbacks, warranty follow-up, and subtrade relationships all benefit from a long-tenured shop. Second, the in-house stucco scope is a real differentiator: most Milton GCs sub-out stucco to a specialist, and a firm that carries it internally tends to handle stucco repair and blending more carefully than a subcontracted crew would. ## More from home.renovation.reviews - See related in the Halton / Milton cluster: [HMH Construction (Milton custom homes + renos, 25+ yrs)](https://home.renovation.reviews/t/hmh-construction-custom-homes-kitchen-bath-renovations-in-milton-halton-region-on/719), [GM Contractors Ltd (Milton basements & secondary suites)](https://home.renovation.reviews/t/gm-contractors-ltd-basement-home-renovation-contractor-in-milton-halton-region-on/721), and [Roomsreno Home Renovations (Georgetown family-run GC)](https://home.renovation.reviews/t/roomsreno-home-renovations-inc-family-run-kitchen-bath-basement-reno-in-georgetown-on/722) - Guide: [blog.lfbuilders.ca](https://blog.lfbuilders.ca) for kitchen, basement, and exterior renovation articles - Main site: [LF Builders](https://lfbuilders.ca) — 50+ years and 30,000+ projects across the GTA * * *
