They are replacing the conventional walls with wide glass windows and turning houses to the sunny open areas that feel as though attached to the outside. The largest attraction is natural light. Glass and ceiling fill the interiors with the natural light, minimizing the use of artificial lighting and introducing a new fresh and uplifting environment. Curtain walls are used to frame the view of a garden, pool or skyline whether it is being overlooking. The issue of energy efficiency is usually a consideration, and the contemporary glazing technology has addressed that problem. Combined with Low-E coatings, the double or triple glazing keeps the homes comfortable all through the year by minimizing heat loss in winter and locking out the excess heat in summer. Another strength is flexibility of design. The walls of the curtains may be non-frameless to create a minimalist look, or they may have slim metal frames to provide structure without decreasing openness. They go well with both contemporary and classic buildings, and thus they can suit numerous types of luxury houses. Finally, glass curtain walls are not only aesthetic, but they are transformative to the experience of a home. They introduce the light, open the space, and make the daily life look much more glamorous, bright, and definitely luxurious. ---
