Gilles Dupont Construction (G. Dupont Construction) is a family-run custom-home and renovation contractor based at 806 Main Street East, Hawkesbury, with more than 30 years of continuous operation in the Prescott-Russell renovation market. The firm keeps a small crew (1–10 employees per directory data) and concentrates on full-home renovation scopes — kitchens, bathrooms, and whole-home remodels — alongside new-home construction for clients who want a single contractor for the entire design-to-finish journey.

## Services

- **Custom home construction** — new single-family builds in Hawkesbury and the wider Prescott-Russell area, with in-house project management.
- **Kitchen remodeling** — cabinetry, countertop, plumbing, and finish work, including layout changes.
- **Bathroom updates** — full bathroom renovations from tear-out to finish, including tile, vanities, and fixtures.
- **Whole-home renovations** — multi-phase interior remodels, additions, and finish upgrades — typical scope for the 30+ year returning-client base.

## Service Area

Hawkesbury, Champlain Township, L’Orignal, Vankleek Hill, and the broader Prescott-Russell United Counties, with selective reach into the wider Eastern-Ontario market.

## Why it’s on home.renovation.reviews

Gilles Dupont Construction is the **third multi-decade family-run contractor** in the Prescott-Russell sub-cluster — alongside 752 R. Cadieux Construction (since 1987) and 757 Clément Homes (30+ years) — reinforcing a pattern that Hawkesbury and surrounding Champlain Township lean heavily on long-tenured family firms rather than newer branded franchises. Editorially useful as a direct counterweight to the franchise-network restoration and design-build anchors (735, 743, 748) that dominate other sub-clusters.
