# Gilkon Construction Ltd — Custom Homes, Cottages & Renovations in Georgian Bay (Since 1976)

Gilkon Construction Limited has been a fixture of the Southern Georgian Bay construction landscape since 1976, earning a reputation for craftsmanship that ranges from timber frame masterpieces to classic board-and-batten Georgian Bay cottages and enduring stone homes. Based in Tiny Township, Ontario, and led by president Chris Bondar, Gilkon brings nearly five decades of deep local knowledge — including intimate familiarity with Georgian Bay’s building bylaws, water and septic regulations, and permit processes — to every project they manage.

## Why it’s on home.renovation.reviews

Few contractors in Ontario carry nearly five decades of continuous operation in a single region. Gilkon’s longevity, combined with their demonstrated range — from luxury timber frames to practical bunkie builds — makes them an anchor listing in the Georgian Bay section of this directory.
