> **Archive / scope correction — April 2026.** This listing was imported with a `kearney` tag and incorrectly filed alongside the directory’s Kearney, **Ontario** entries. The underlying business is based in **Kearney, Nebraska, USA** — confirmed via the Better Business Bureau record at 7 E 37th St, Kearney, NE 68847. `home.renovation.reviews` is an Ontario-focused directory and does not list U.S. firms, so this topic has been closed and tagged `archived`, `us-based`, `out-of-scope`, `status-unverified` and `merged-noindex` pending a future sitemap/robots pass.

# Flores Home Improvement and General Contractor LLC — Kearney, Nebraska (U.S. — Out of Scope)

Flores Home Improvement and General Contractor LLC is a **Kearney, Nebraska** -based general contractor. The firm’s BBB record and U.S. state filings place the business at 7 E 37th St, Kearney, NE 68847-8163, phone (308) 233-1771, with Mario Flores as President/Owner. Because the home.renovation.reviews directory is an Ontario-only reno-review resource, this listing is archived here rather than enriched.

## Why this listing was archived

- The business is located in **Kearney, Nebraska (U.S.)**, not Kearney, Ontario — verified via the BBB company profile and U.S. FMCSA records.
- The `LLC` suffix is a United States business-entity designation. Ontario corporations use `Inc.` or `Ltd.`; `LLC` is an early flag during an import audit for a possible U.S. mis-tag.
- The original directory tag `kearney` refers to Kearney, Ontario (Parry Sound District) in the context of this forum.
