# Flooring Now — Hardwood Installation, Refinishing & Carpet Specialist in Arnprior, Serving the Ottawa Region Since 2001

Flooring Now is owner-founder David “Dave” Brazeau’s Arnprior-based flooring specialty firm, trading since 2001 and serving the Ottawa metropolitan area and the broader Ottawa Valley. The practice is tightly scoped — hardwood installation, hardwood refinishing, carpet installation and commercial flooring — and Dave himself has personally refinished more than 7,500 floors over the firm’s 25-plus-year run. The standout proposition is an industry-exclusive three-year extended warranty on finished floors plus on-site storage so homeowners don’t juggle materials during the install window.

## Services

- Hardwood floor refinishing with top-grade sanding, staining and finishing products
- New hardwood floor installation across solid, engineered and wide-plank lines
- Carpet installation for residential and commercial settings
- Commercial flooring for offices, retail spaces and studios across Ottawa
- On-site storage of flooring materials during the project window
- Three-year extended warranty on workmanship — industry-exclusive

## Service Area

Arnprior (Renfrew County) as the home base, with Ottawa metropolitan coverage — Ottawa, Kanata, Stittsville, Nepean, Gloucester — and the Ottawa Valley corridor up through Renfrew, Almonte and Carleton Place.

## Why it’s on home.renovation.reviews

Flooring Now is the directory’s first Arnprior anchor, the first dedicated flooring specialist in the Ottawa Valley corridor, and one of the directory’s longest continuously-operating listings (since 2001). It opens the Renfrew County lane and the Ottawa-Valley dedicated-flooring sub-category simultaneously — a notable double first for the eastern Ontario side of the directory.
