# First General Kingston — Property Damage Restoration in Napanee, ON

First General Kingston is the Eastern Ontario branch of First General Services, a national property-damage restoration network that has operated in Canada since 1983. The Kingston branch is based out of Napanee and covers residential and commercial disaster work across Eastern Ontario — the kind of calls that come in at 3 a.m. after a pipe bursts or a basement floods.

## Services

- Emergency water damage mitigation and drying
- Fire, smoke, and soot damage restoration
- Mould assessment and remediation
- Storm and wind damage repairs, including roof tarping
- Contents cleaning, pack-out, and secure storage
- Full rebuild and reconstruction after restoration work is complete

## Service Area

Napanee, Kingston, Belleville, Trenton, Gananoque, Prince Edward County, and surrounding Eastern Ontario / Quinte / Frontenac communities. 24/7 emergency response.

## Why it’s on home.renovation.reviews

Restoration work is a category most homeowners only ever think about once — when they need it urgently — and we want that one search to surface a serious, insurance-experienced operator rather than a general contractor trying their hand at mitigation. First General is on the directory because the 80-plus-location national network means insurance adjusters already know how to work with them, which shortens a stressful claim by days.
