# Feltz Design Build Ltd — Design-Build & General Contracting in Stratford, ON Since 1986

Feltz Design Build Ltd has been delivering high-quality construction projects from their base at 8 Hahn Court in Stratford, Ontario since 1986. Over nearly four decades they have built a strong regional reputation for integrity, disciplined project management, and consistent on-time delivery across residential renovations, commercial builds, and complex institutional or industrial developments.

What distinguishes Feltz in Perth County’s contracting landscape is their full-spectrum design-build model. Clients work with a single team from initial concept through project completion, eliminating the friction and communication gaps that come from coordinating separate designers and general contractors. That integrated approach — combined with a long track record of budget adherence — is why both private homeowners and municipal clients return to Feltz for successive projects.
