# Designer Builders — Kitchen, Bath & Custom Remodeling in Louisville, KY (Est. 1980)

Designer Builders has been running kitchen and bathroom projects in Louisville since 1980, which puts them past the 45-year mark. That’s a long track record in a trade where firms come and go with the housing cycle. They handle custom remodeling with a focus on interior work — kitchens, bathrooms, and whole-home projects where design decisions and construction execution need to stay aligned through the whole job.

## Services

- **Kitchen Remodeling** : Custom cabinetry layouts, countertop selection, appliance coordination, and structural changes for open-plan kitchens — done in-house rather than subbed out.
- **Bathroom Renovation** : Full gut-and-rebuild baths, master suite renovations, and accessible bathroom retrofits for aging-in-place clients.
- **Custom Interior Builds** : Whole-home remodels, addition interiors, and custom millwork projects where the spec list is longer than a standard renovation job.

## Service Area

Louisville and surrounding Jefferson County communities. The 45-year client base means a lot of repeat work and referrals within Louisville’s established neighborhoods.

## Why it’s on home.renovation.reviews

Longevity counts for something in residential remodeling. Forty-five years in Louisville means Designer Builders has seen multiple market cycles, managed crew continuity, and built a reputation that outlasted the word-of-mouth era and the Angie’s List era alike. Worth knowing about if you’re planning a kitchen or bath project in the area.
