# Denney Construction Inc — Windows, Doors & Custom Homes in Las Cruces, NM (Est. 1971, 3rd Gen)

Denney Construction has been a family business since 1971, and the current owner — a US Army veteran — represents the third generation running it out of 6361 Weisner Rd in Las Cruces. The company built its foundation in custom windows and doors but has since grown to cover full kitchen and bathroom remodels, decks, patios, and custom retirement home builds. All new construction uses Energy Star-rated windows, doors, appliances, and HVAC equipment. They are licensed and insured and offer free initial consultations.

- Decks, patios, and outdoor structures
- Custom home builds and retirement home construction
- Energy-efficient upgrades — Energy Star windows, doors, HVAC, and appliances

## Why it’s on home.renovation.reviews

Denney Construction is one of the older family-owned contractors in the Las Cruces market, with a 55-year track record. The Energy Star focus and their range from a single door replacement up to a full custom build makes them a practical all-in-one option for southern NM homeowners planning long-term renovations.
