### 👀 What’s Going On?

We hid a three‑line note inside a **blueprint floor‑plan image**. Pull it out, decode it, and you’ll discover a four‑word mantra every pro renovator swears by.

- **Prize Pool:**  **150 000 $RENOVATION** coins **each** to the **first five** correct solvers.
- **Where to Post:** New topic in **General** named `Blueprint Puzzle — <your username>`
- **What to Include:**
  1. The decoded phrase (exact wording, any case)
  2. Your **Solana wallet** address (one per member)

### 🧩 Tiny Trail of Breadcrumbs

1. **Inspect the blue channel** —the secret hides where your eyeballs can’t quite reach.
2. A curious hex number `0xA11CE` might help you shuffle the pixels into place.
3. Once the ciphertext appears, think **stud spacing** in North‑American framing to choose your Caesar shift.

> _Need a nudge? Some folks swear by `ffmpeg -vf extractplanes=b` or a NumPy shuffle. Others prefer good ol’ GIMP “Decompose → RGB” plus a Levels crank._

2. Work your magic (code, filters, coffee‑fueled staring—all fair game).
3. Decode the four‑word phrase.

- **“Can I brute‑force the cipher?”**  
Sure. But builders who know their **2 × 4s** will finish faster.
- **“Multiple wallets?”**

Puzzle stays open until the fifth slot fills _or_ the Summer Series wraps, whichever comes first.
