## Services

- **Interior transformations** — open-concept conversions, flooring upgrades, drywall, paint, and trim work. Projects that improve daily flow and livability without requiring structural-engineer involvement.
- **Exterior & landscaping** — decks, patios, and curb-appeal improvements for London-area properties, including seasonal build planning to work around Ontario winters.

## Service Area

London and surrounding Middlesex County communities, including Komoka, Dorchester, Strathroy, and Woodstock. Davinci serves both owner-occupied homes and investment properties across the London CMA.

## Tips for London Homeowners Hiring a General Contractor

Before signing, confirm the contractor holds WSIB clearance and a minimum $2 million liability policy — standard requirements for any Ontario renovation over $10,000. Ask for a fixed-price or cost-plus contract in writing, with milestone payment schedule rather than large upfront deposits.
