That background shows in the way they build: structural decisions get made by people who have spent decades thinking about how a house actually goes together, not just how it looks on a plan. The company works across Sturgeon County and the surrounding Edmonton metro area — Morinville, St. Albert, Spruce Grove, Sherwood Park. Most of their work is new custom homes, but they also take on additions and full home renovations when the project scope calls for it. ## Services - Custom home construction: single-family homes designed around client specifications, from site planning through final finishes - Home additions and extensions: second stories, room additions, and structural expansions built to match existing construction - Framing and rough carpentry: Red Seal framing discipline applied to every project, drawing on C-Bros’ 35-year track record - Project management: full coordination from permits through subcontractors, with the Chikies on-site throughout ## Service area Sturgeon County, Morinville, St. Albert, and the greater Edmonton metro area including Spruce Grove, Sherwood Park, Beaumont, and Leduc County. ## Why it’s on home.renovation.reviews Sturgeon County sits in the gap between Edmonton and Morinville where mid-market custom homes are the default housing option. Danson Custom Homes fills that gap with family-operated experience and framing expertise that most GC firms contract out. ## More from home.renovation.reviews - See related: [Whitson Contracting Ltd — Morinville commercial contractor](https://home.renovation.reviews/t/whitson-contracting-ltd/2373) - Guide: [How to choose a custom home builder in Alberta](https://blog.lfbuilders.ca) - Main site: [LF Builders — Toronto renovation specialists](https://lfbuilders.ca) - Charity: [Samm Simon’s 251 KM run for cancer research](https://sammsimon.ca) * * *
