## Why it’s on home.renovation.reviews

DRCM occupies a lane very few Simcoe firms do — a design-partnered, CM-style approach to residential work that routes through architects and interior designers rather than walking in as the only voice in the room. The aging-in-place specialty is also a growing category home.renovation.reviews wants to surface more often, given the demographics of the Lake Simcoe corridor and the established Muskoka cottage market.
