> **Scope note (2026-04-18 SEO cleanup):** This listing’s location and scope are ambiguous. The original scrape placed the business under the `iroquois-falls` tag, but the cited website ([sarjeants.com](http://sarjeants.com)) belongs to a Barrie-based concrete and landscape-materials supplier operating in south-central Ontario, not Northeastern Ontario. Closed and flagged for noindex until a cleaner source can confirm whether this is a distinct Northern Ontario entity or a mis-scraped Sarjeants branch. * * * ## Original listing (preserved for audit) - **Company Name:** Custom Concrete (Northern) - **Location tag on import:** Iroquois Falls, Ontario - **Cited website:** [Custom Concrete Northern | Northern Ontario Redi-Mix Concrete](https://www.sarjeants.com/custom-concrete/) - **Specialization:** Concrete-related services ## Why this was closed home.renovation.reviews is an editorial directory that prefers fewer, accurate listings over more, inaccurate ones. When a listing can’t be verified to a real location/business pairing without inventing details, the SEO-safe move is to close and noindex rather than publish weak content that dilutes trust signals across the rest of the directory. See [the Iroquois Falls sub-cluster anchor](https://home.renovation.reviews/t/john-wlad-sons-construction-ltd/844) for a verified local listing in this region. ---
