# CRC General Contracting — Custom homes on Bruce Peninsula (25+ years)

CRC General Contracting has been building on the Bruce Peninsula for over 25 years. Based at 2846 ON-6 in Lion’s Head, the company focuses on custom home design and builds — not volume residential work. Website: cr-c.ca.

The Bruce Peninsula presents specific construction challenges: remote material logistics, seasonal ground conditions, and a client base split between year-round residents and recreational property owners. CRC has been operating in this environment long enough to have navigated all of those variables repeatedly.

## Services

- **Custom home design and build** — concept through occupancy on the Bruce Peninsula
- **Innovative design** — working with clients from initial drawings through permit and construction
- **Quality residential construction** — builds designed to hold up in a four-season lakeside environment

## Service area

Bruce Peninsula — Lion’s Head, Tobermory, and surrounding Bruce County communities.

## Why it’s on home.renovation.reviews

A 25-year track record building custom homes on a peninsula where contractor options are genuinely limited makes CRC a standout in the Bruce County renovation market.
