# Country Corners Construction — Renovations General Contractor in Black River-Matheson, Cochrane District

Country Corners Construction is a general contractor working out of Black River-Matheson, Ontario, on the Highway 11 corridor between Matheson and Iroquois Falls. The shop focuses on whole-home renovations, kitchens and bathrooms across the rural Cochrane District communities — areas where finding a local crew that handles a full reno end-to-end (rather than just trades-only) is genuinely scarce.

## Services

- **Whole-home renovations** — interior gut/refit work for older Northern Ontario housing stock, including layout changes, drywall, trim, flooring, and finishing.
- **Kitchen renovations** — cabinetry, counter installs, appliance integration and full layout rework.
- **Bathroom upgrades** — tub-to-shower conversions, vanity replacements, plumbing fixture swaps and tile work.
- **General contracting** — multi-trade project coordination on smaller residential builds and additions.

## Service Area

Primary service base in Black River-Matheson Township, with regular work in Matheson, Iroquois Falls, Cochrane, and the surrounding Highway 11 communities through the Cochrane District. Northern-Ontario rural service radius means seasonal scheduling matters — winter months are often booked early.

## Why it’s on home.renovation.reviews

Black River-Matheson is one of the smaller communities the directory covers, and Country Corners is one of a short list of full-scope GCs reviewers in the area mention by name. Listed as a Cochrane District anchor alongside Iroquois Falls and Timmins to round out Northern Ontario coverage on home.renovation.reviews.
