# Cooling & Insulation Renovation — From Hot and Noisy to Calm and Comfortable

efore renovation, homes overheat easily. Sun-facing walls, thin roofs, and poor windows make indoor life uncomfortable. Fans run constantly yet the house remains hot and noisy.

During renovation, adding insulation, shading, ceiling repairs, and better windows can feel expensive because results aren’t immediately visible like fancy tiles or paint.

After renovation, rooms stay cooler, air conditioners run less, and outside noise reduces. Sleep improves simply because the house is now thermally and acoustically comfortable.

Real tip: Light-colored roofs and walls reflect heat better — helpful in hot climates.
