# Conner & Associates — Kitchen, Bathroom & Basement Renovations in Whitby, ON

Roy Conner and his team have been renovating homes across Durham Region for years, drawing on a wealth of contracting experience accumulated across projects throughout North America and Europe. Based at 75 Rice Drive in Whitby, Conner & Associates has earned a perfect 5-star rating on Houzz — a reflection of consistent professionalism and reliable workmanship on projects ranging from single-room refreshes to full home transformations.

Their strength is breadth without loss of quality: a single team handling carpentry, electrical, plumbing, drywall, tile, and painting means homeowners aren’t managing a parade of separate trades and conflicting schedules. For Durham Region families looking for a contractor who can own the full scope of a renovation from demolition to final coat, Conner & Associates delivers that in one engagement.

## Services

- **Kitchen renovations** — cabinet replacement, countertop upgrades, and full gut-and-rebuild designs that maximize storage and workflow in Whitby homes
- **Bathroom renovations** — tile work, vanity installations, plumbing rough-ins, and layout reconfigurations for both main baths and ensuites
- **Basement finishing** — transforming unfinished lower levels into functional living spaces, home offices, or entertainment rooms
- **Carpentry & millwork** — custom trim, built-ins, and finish carpentry throughout the home
- **Electrical, plumbing & drywall** — in-house trade capability covering the full renovation scope without relying on unvetted sub-coordination
- **Decks, landscaping & painting** — exterior and interior finishing to bring the whole property together under one contract

## Service Area

## Why It’s on home.renovation.reviews

Conner & Associates represents exactly the kind of versatile, full-service contractor that Durham Region homeowners need — a single team capable of handling structural, mechanical, and finish trades without handoffs. Their European and North American project background adds a design sensibility that’s often missing from purely local renovation firms. Five stars from 18 Houzz reviewers tells its own story.
