Clément Homes (C.H. Clément Construction Inc.) has been building and renovating homes out of Hawkesbury for more than 30 years, with a Tarion-certified track record across condos, townhomes, and single-family custom builds in Prescott-Russell and the wider Ottawa-Valley corridor. The firm pairs new-home development with full-home renovation work — the same crews that hand over a new build will come back years later to take on a kitchen, bath, or addition, which is unusual in a market where builders and renovators are usually separate shops.

## Services

- **Custom single-family homes** — new builds across Prescott-Russell with Tarion warranty coverage and 30+ years of continuous operation behind the workmanship.
- **Condo and townhome developments** — multi-unit residential work within the Champlain Township / Hawkesbury housing-supply corridor.
- **Full-home renovations and additions** — kitchen, bath, basement, and whole-home scopes, often for past new-build clients returning years later.
- **Design coordination** — in-house layout and specification support upstream of the build to keep the plan, budget, and warranty pathway aligned.

## Service Area

Hawkesbury and the broader Prescott-Russell United Counties — including Champlain Township, L’Orignal, Vankleek Hill, Alfred, and Plantagenet — with selective reach into the Ottawa-Valley and Ontario-Québec border markets.

## Why it’s on home.renovation.reviews

Clément Homes is the **second Tarion-certified anchor** in this directory’s Prescott-Russell sub-cluster, joining 752 R. Cadieux Construction and reinforcing the region’s thin but real roster of warranty-backed multi-decade builders. The 30+ year tenure and flawless Tarion conciliation record matter most in the new-build + renovation-hybrid decision tree — both buyer-side and renovation-side homeowners land on the same phone number.
