# CHIZLD Design & Construction Ltd — Renovation Contractor from London to Grand Bend, Ontario

CHIZLD Design & Construction Ltd spans a distinctive service corridor — from London eastward to the Lake Huron shoreline community of Grand Bend — making them one of the few renovation firms in the directory to bridge urban GTA-adjacent markets with cottage-country and lakeshore projects. Their 4.9-star rating reflects a client base that spans both year-round residential renovations and seasonal property improvements. Visit their website at [chizld.com](http://www.chizld.com/) for portfolio examples and project scope details.

Their name (pronounced “child”) signals a design studio sensibility: they approach each project with an eye for how the space lives, not just how it looks at handover.

## Services

- **Kitchen renovations** — custom layout design, cabinetry, countertops, and appliance integration
- **Bathroom remodeling** — tile, fixtures, vanities, wet rooms, and full bathroom rebuilds
- **Complete home renovations** — whole-home scope from design through construction and finishing
- **Cottage and seasonal property renovations** — lakeshore and rural projects in the Grand Bend / Huron County corridor

## Service Area

CHIZLD serves **London, Ontario** through to **Grand Bend** and the Lake Huron shoreline — covering Middlesex County and extending west into Huron County for cottage and seasonal renovation projects.

## Why it’s on home.renovation.reviews

The London-to-Grand-Bend service range makes CHIZLD one of the directory’s most geographically interesting entries in Southwestern Ontario. Cottage-country renovations often require contractors comfortable working in rural environments and managing logistics without urban infrastructure — CHIZLD’s 4.9★ rating in that context is notable.
