Chads Design Build has been doing residential remodeling in Madison since 1992, when the company started under the name Chad’s Carpentry. Over three decades, the scope expanded from carpentry-focused jobs to full kitchen and bathroom renovations, custom designs, and sustainable remodeling projects. Clients give the company a 4.5 out of 5 across 30 reviews. The team’s attention to sustainability means using materials and methods built to last rather than just hold up through the final walkthrough. Kitchen upgrades and bathroom remodels make up a large share of the work, alongside custom design builds for homeowners with specific ideas that need careful execution.
