# Cedarland Renovation — Flooring, Bathrooms & Basement Specialist in Kelowna, BC

Cedarland Renovation is a Kelowna-based renovation company with a particular strength in the trades that transform a home’s daily livability: flooring replacement, complete bathroom renovations, basement transformations, and custom shower installations. Led by team leader Chris von Schmeling, their five-star reputation reflects a hands-on, craftsman-focused approach that has earned strong repeat and referral business across the Okanagan. Their website at [cedarlandrenovation.com](http://www.cedarlandrenovation.com/) showcases completed project work.

The specialisations Cedarland focuses on — flooring, bathrooms, basements, and custom showers — represent the renovation categories where quality of workmanship is most visible to daily occupants. A poorly tiled shower, a misaligned floor transition, or a basement that holds moisture will announce itself every day. Cedarland’s five-star standing suggests their tradespeople get the technical details right: waterproofing membranes, substrate prep, grout consistency, floor level tolerance. For Kelowna homeowners prioritising longevity in high-use spaces, Cedarland Renovation is a firm worth contacting early in the planning process.
