# Carlson Projects, Inc. — Design-Build Kitchen, Custom Homes and Roofing in Lincoln, NE (Est. 1992, BBB A+)

Carlson Projects has been Lincoln’s design-build option for luxury kitchens, custom homes, and roofing since 1992. The company is owner-operated, BBB A+ accredited since 2001, and holds a 5-star rating across 44 reviews on HomeAdvisor. Their work spans cabinet and countertop selection through full structural builds, and they also cover siding, windows, insulation, ventilation, and basement finishing.

Design-build means the same team handles both the design phase and the construction. That structure cuts the friction that comes with separate architect and contractor relationships. Carlson Projects takes a project from early concept through final trim without handing it off.

Their office is at 3421 S. 7th Street Suite B in Lincoln, and they serve Lancaster County and surrounding communities in southeast Nebraska. Thirty-plus years in a single market has produced a trade network — suppliers, subcontractors, inspectors — that most newer operations spend years assembling.

## Services

- Luxury kitchen remodeling — full design-build service including custom cabinets, countertops, and finish carpentry
- Custom homes — from site prep and foundation through final finishes, serving Lancaster County and nearby southeast Nebraska communities
- Roofing, siding, and windows — composition roofing, cedar siding, and replacement windows with over three decades of installation history in Lincoln

## Service area

Lincoln and surrounding Lancaster County. They also take custom home projects in nearby southeast Nebraska communities.

## Why it’s on home.renovation.reviews

Thirty-plus years running a design-build firm in a single city is genuinely rare. Carlson Projects has stayed owner-operated across that stretch, which explains how they’ve maintained a 5-star average through hundreds of projects on HomeAdvisor.
