# Burnett’s Plumbing & Building Services — Plumber + Renovations in Napanee, ON

Burnett’s Plumbing & Building Services works out of 27 Frisk Road in Napanee and runs a combined scope most Lennox & Addington homeowners only find in a pair of separate contractors: licensed plumbing with bathroom-renovation execution under the same crew. The firm covers residential and commercial new construction, repair and emergency-call work, and has built its local reputation on handling water-heater, softener and drain work alongside full bath remodels.

## Services

- **Plumbing repair & installation** — leaks, drain-line service, water softener install, water-heater / hot-water-tank replacement.
- **Emergency plumbing** — after-hours leak and no-water call-outs in the Napanee area.
- **Bathroom renovations** — rough-in, rough-out, fixture install and tile trades coordinated in-house.
- **New-construction plumbing** — residential and light-commercial rough-ins.
- **Building services** — broader renovation and repair scope coordinated with the plumbing side for single-contract jobs.

## Service Area

Napanee, Greater Napanee, Deseronto, Bath, Newburgh, Odessa, Amherstview and the Lennox & Addington ↔ Kingston corridor.

## Why it’s on home.renovation.reviews

The Napanee bench has been strong on general contracting and restoration but thin on the mechanical trades. Burnett’s anchors the plumbing side — and the rare plumber + renovations hybrid means a bathroom remodel doesn’t need to be a two-contractor job. It’s the first dedicated plumber entry for the Greater Napanee / Lennox & Addington corridor in the directory.
