# Brewer Contracting — Kitchen, Bath & Home Renovation in Franksville, WI

Brewer Contracting operates out of Franksville, Wisconsin, a rural community southwest of Racine, and serves residential and commercial clients across Southeast Wisconsin. The company carries a 3.8-star rating from around 30 reviews, a mixed but still positive signal for a contractor that works across a wide project range. What sets Brewer apart is the scope: the company handles emergency repairs and waterproofing alongside standard remodeling, giving homeowners a single point of contact for both crisis response and planned renovation work.

## Services

- **Kitchen and bathroom remodeling** — full kitchen and bath renovations including layout reconfiguration, cabinetry, countertops, tile, and fixture work for both modern and traditional design preferences
- **Flooring** — hardwood, ceramic tile, and concrete finish options for new installs and floor replacements in residential and commercial spaces
- **Additions and garages** — home additions and garage builds that integrate with the existing structure, avoiding the bolt-on look that undermines resale value
- **Emergency repairs** — response work for unexpected structural, roofing, and interior damage; less common among residential remodelers but useful when Racine-area homeowners need fast turnaround
- **Waterproofing and restoration** — basement and foundation waterproofing addressing the drainage issues that Southeast Wisconsin’s clay soil profile creates for older homes

## Service area

Franksville and greater Southeast Wisconsin, including Racine, Mount Pleasant, Sturtevant, and surrounding Racine County communities.
