# Bossman Design Centre — Custom Kitchen & Bath Design, Flooring and Windows in Thornloe, Temiskaming, ON Bossman Design Centre is a full home-improvement design showroom in Thornloe serving the Temiskaming District. Unlike most rural Ontario contractors who sell renovations as a service, Bossman is a **product-and-design-forward** retail showroom — customers come in, work with an in-house designer, and select kitchens, baths, flooring, windows, and doors under one roof. ## Services - **Custom kitchen design** — authorised [Laurysen Kitchens](https://www.laurysenkitchens.com/dealer/boss-man-design-centre/) dealer; in-showroom consultation and cabinetry specification. - **Bathroom design** — vanities, fixtures, tub/shower-surround systems, and tile. - **Flooring** — hardwood, engineered, laminate, and resilient flooring selections. - **Windows and doors** — residential fenestration supply. - **Design consultation** — in-house designers (Rhonda, Gabriel, Kathy, and Justina per the company site) guide layout and material selection through the full project life-cycle. ## Service Area Headquarters: **8585 Industrial Park Road, Thornloe, ON P0J 1S0**. Phone: **705-302-4429**. Primary service area: Temiskaming Shores (New Liskeard, Haileybury), the Thornloe / Englehart / Earlton corridor, and the wider Temiskaming District. Member of the [Temiskaming Shores & Area Chamber of Commerce (TSACC)](https://members.tsacc.ca/Retail-Shopping-General-Services/Boss-Man-Design-Centre-578). ## Why it’s on home.renovation.reviews Rural Temiskaming buyers frequently get talked into “take what’s in the truck” cabinetry, because local access to real kitchen-design services is sparse. Bossman is how that gap closes — a bricks-and-mortar showroom with a Laurysen dealership and a trained design bench, without making a buyer drive to Sudbury or North Bay. It’s the directory’s second Temiskaming kitchen-and-bath design anchor alongside the slab-fabrication shop at Lauzon. ## More from home.renovation.reviews - Paired slab fabricator for countertops: [Lauzon Stoneworks (New Liskeard, granite/quartz/marble since 2008)](https://home.renovation.reviews/t/lauzon-stoneworks/991) - Complementary BCIN design bench: [RIVARC Drafting Design Interiors (Temiskaming Shores)](https://home.renovation.reviews/t/rivarc-drafting-design-interiors/992) and [TCK Designs (Mindemoya, Manitoulin)](https://home.renovation.reviews/t/tck-designs-bcin-registered-residential-building-designer-in-mindemoya-manitoulin-island-on/671) - Neighbouring Temiskaming GCs that pull cabinetry from design-centre dealers: [G.
