# Big East Construction Inc. — Tarion-Registered Custom Homes, Waterfront Estates & Boathouses in Innisfil, ON (since 2009)

Big East Construction was founded in 2009 by owner-president Cole Leibel and has built up as a **Tarion-registered custom home builder** focused on waterfront estates and large-scale residential projects across the Lake Simcoe and Georgian Bay shorelines. Office at 880 Shoreview Drive, Innisfil.

## Services

- Tarion-registered new custom home construction
- Waterfront estates, custom cottages, and boathouse builds
- Pool houses, guesthouses, and barn design & build
- Full-scope home renovations, additions, and extensions
- Foundation work, framing, project management, and bespoke floor plans
- Waterfront landscaping as part of integrated shoreline build-outs

## Service Area

Lake Simcoe and Georgian Bay waterfront communities, Innisfil proper, and the surrounding Simcoe County area.

## Why it’s on home.renovation.reviews

Tarion registration on a custom-home builder matters for warranty recourse, and waterfront-estate expertise is a rare sub-specialty that produces its own learning curve around permitting, shoreline-ecology rules, and boathouse structural specs. Big East slots into the Innisfil sub-cluster as the third Tarion-backed custom-home anchor alongside Elite Home Builders (1993) and Bayrich in Cookstown.
