Before:

The house was manageable but frustrating. Doors scraped the floor, sockets were poorly placed, and water pressure was unreliable. You could live there, but you were always adjusting.

After:

Small fixes made a huge difference. Electrical points were repositioned, plumbing issues were resolved, and finishes were updated. Nothing dramatic — just practical upgrades that made everyday use smoother.

Real Truth:

Most of the money went into things you don’t see. The improvement is felt more than it is photographed.
