# Beck & Hofer Construction — Commercial & Residential Design-Build in Sioux Falls, SD (Est. 1980)

Beck & Hofer Construction has operated as a design-build general contractor in the Sioux Falls area since 1980. Their core work is commercial — office renovations, tenant improvements, industrial facilities — though they also handle residential additions for clients who need a contractor that can manage both design and build. Tyler purchased the company in 2018 and runs day-to-day operations. With 713 building permits on record totaling nearly $60 million in construction value, the firm has a documented history of completed work across a wide range of project types.

## Services

- Commercial new construction — design-build delivery for commercial clients who want a single point of responsibility
- Residential home additions — room expansions and larger additions for homeowners in the Sioux Falls area
- Design assistance — Beck & Hofer can develop construction drawings for clients who don’t yet have plans
- General contracting — traditional GC delivery for clients bringing their own drawings
