# Bay Point Contracting — Whole-Home Renovations, Interior Design & Additions in Barrie, Simcoe County (Region Correction)

Bay Point Contracting is a **Barrie, Ontario** design-build renovator — originally tagged `innisfil` in this directory, but in fact headquartered at **Unit 11 – 501 Welham Rd, Barrie, ON L4N 8Z6** , not in Innisfil. The firm runs an **integrated interior-design-plus-contracting** model, with Paul as the lead figure, Rebecca on interior design, and Jeff project-managing — a combination uncommon at this scale of Simcoe-County GC. Reach the team at **705-722-5600** or **info@baypointcontracting.ca** , on the web at [baypointcontracting.ca](http://www.baypointcontracting.ca/). Bay Point carries a **4.9-star aggregate across 27 reviews** as of the listing refresh, which is strong for a mid-sized local GC.

## Services

- **Whole-home renovations** and **second-floor / second-storey renovations**
- **Kitchen, bathroom and basement renovations**
- **Additions** and **accessibility improvements** (bath retrofits, entry/access, mobility-aware layouts)
- **Exterior upgrades** and **in-house interior design** under one project contract

## Service Area

**Barrie, Innisfil, Simcoe County, York Region,** and north into **Muskoka / cottage country**.

## Why it’s on home.renovation.reviews

Most of the Barrie / Innisfil bench on this directory is GC-first with interior design bolted on via outside partners. Bay Point’s integrated interior designer (Rebecca) working alongside the PM and owner gives a different project feel — more design-led from day one — which tends to matter most on whole-home projects where material and finish decisions drive the schedule as much as framing does. Worth comparing head-to-head with the RenoMark-certified and Tarion-registered anchors in the same cluster before picking a partner.
