For resale value, it’s generally recommended to keep at least one bathtub in the house, especially if it’s the only bathroom or if you’re in a family-friendly neighborhood.

Walk-in showers are popular though, but some buyers still prefer the option of a bathtub, particularly those with young children.

If you have multiple bathrooms, you have more flexibility to include a walk-in shower in the master bathroom and maintain a bathtub in a children’s bathroom

A work in shower but if affordable choose both
