# Balcony Renovation — From “Just for Drying Clothes” to Mini Relaxation Spot

Before renovation, balconies usually become storage zones for buckets, broken items, and hanging laundry. Dust collects, and nobody actually sits there.

During renovation, cleaning, railing repairs, waterproofing, and simple floor changes transform it step by step. Even adding shade or netting makes it usable again.

After renovation, the balcony becomes a breathing space — plants, chairs, morning tea, or evening breeze. A forgotten corner turns into the favorite part of the house.

Real tip: Always waterproof balcony floors before tiling to prevent leaks into rooms below.
