# Aura Construction Management Inc — General Contractor in Moncton & Dieppe, NB

Founded in 2022 by Josh Lirette, Aura Construction Management Inc. entered the Moncton-area market with a specific philosophy: that the biggest frustration in renovation isn’t the construction itself, but the coordination gaps that let timelines slip and budgets balloon. Aura’s management-first approach addresses that directly, with a 5-star rating reflecting how clients have responded to a contractor who keeps them genuinely informed throughout.

## Services

- Project management and general contracting: end-to-end coordination of residential and light commercial renovation projects, from initial budgeting through final walk-through
- Residential renovations: kitchen, bathroom, and full-room transformations with a focus on efficient sequencing and minimal disruption to daily life
- Construction problem-solving: the team identifies potential site challenges before work begins, reducing costly mid-project adjustments
- Budget and schedule management: detailed project plans with realistic timelines and transparent cost tracking, shared actively with clients throughout

## Service area

Aura Construction Management serves clients in Dieppe, Moncton, and the broader Greater Moncton region of southeastern New Brunswick.

## What to expect working with Aura

Aura Construction begins each project with a detailed pre-construction planning phase, producing a schedule and budget framework before any trades mobilize. Throughout the build, clients receive structured updates and have direct access to the project manager. The result is a renovation process that stays on track because potential issues are identified and addressed before they disrupt the schedule.

## Why it’s on home.renovation.reviews

Aura represents a newer generation of general contractor: management-trained rather than just trade-trained, with systems designed to prevent the miscommunications that generate most renovation complaints. For a company launched in 2022, their client satisfaction scores place them well above established competitors in the region.
