Before renovation, the attic was a dusty, unused space. Low ceilings, exposed beams, and poor insulation made it uncomfortable and uninviting. Boxes of old belongings collected dust, and the area went largely ignored. The renovation process started with reinforcing the structure and adding insulation. Skylights were installed to bring in natural light, and drywall gave the space a finished look. Proper flooring was laid down, and built-in storage was integrated into the sloped walls. After renovation, the attic became a cozy guest bedroom and reading nook. Skylights provided daylight, while recessed lighting kept the space bright at night. Soft carpeting and neutral colors created a warm atmosphere. Custom storage made the most of limited space, eliminating clutter. What was once wasted square footage became one of the most charming parts of the home.
