# AT Renovations LTD — residential & commercial renovation in Saskatoon, SK

AT Renovations came into the Saskatchewan market in 2018 and built out a service offering covering both residential and commercial renovation. In a market where most renovation contractors pick one lane, AT works across both — which makes them useful when a project doesn’t fit a neat category, like a mixed-use property or a home with a commercial-scale mechanical system. Their model emphasizes personalized attention, meaning they’re not trying to run five large projects at once and stretch their crew thin.

## Services

- Residential renovation: home remodels, basement development, and interior improvements for homeowners across Saskatoon
- Commercial renovation: fit-outs and facility updates for commercial clients who need the work done on a business schedule
- General construction: structural and finishing work across residential and commercial project types

## Service area

Saskatoon, Saskatchewan and surrounding communities.

## Why it’s on home.renovation.reviews

A contractor that handles both residential and commercial work from the same team tends to be more technically versatile than one that’s only ever done one category. AT Renovations is a younger firm, but their dual-market approach makes them a practical option for Saskatoon projects that don’t fit neatly into the typical residential or commercial bucket.
