# Artisan Build Construct — General Contracting & Historic Home Renovation in Nashville, TN

Artisan Build Construct works out of East Nashville at 935 E Trinity Ln and has built a reputation on two things that don’t always go together: speed and attention to detail on historic homes. With a BuildZoom score of 108 — placing them above 95% of Tennessee contractors — and 66-plus verified projects over the past three years, the numbers reflect a company that works at a steady clip without cutting corners.

The 35-plus years of combined experience among the firm’s veterans and trade professionals means they’ve seen most of the surprises Nashville’s older housing stock can throw at you. Pre-war craftsman homes, mid-century layouts, buildings with settled foundations — the team has the background to navigate renovation work that would stall a less experienced contractor.

Services span the full residential spectrum. Whole-house remodels are the firm’s specialty, but Artisan also takes on historic home restoration, kitchen and bathroom renovations, additions, and detached accessory dwelling units (DADUs) — the latter increasingly in demand as Nashville homeowners try to add flexible space without moving. The 4.8-star rating across platforms and a client who described their project as coming in under budget are the kinds of signals that matter when vetting contractors in a city where renovation timelines and costs routinely drift.
