Before renovation, most apartments come with plain tiles, standard paint, poor lighting, and zero character. Everything looks the same as your neighbor’s place. Storage is almost always insufficient, so items start piling up on any free surface.

During renovation, noise restrictions and building rules make progress slower. Materials have to be carried upstairs, elevators get busy, and workers must follow strict working hours. It tests patience.

After renovation, the space finally feels like yours. Custom wardrobes, better lighting, and thoughtful layouts make life smoother. Even a small apartment can feel premium when it’s tailored to daily habits instead of default builder choices.

Real tip: In apartments, focus on storage and lighting first — space is limited, so planning matters more than size.
