Anomali Designs Inc. is a full-service residential general contractor founded in 2009, primarily known in the Laurentians region of Québec — including Harrington and the wider Argenteuil corridor — and active across the Ontario-Québec border into Hawkesbury and Prescott-Russell for homeowners building or renovating on either side of the Ottawa River. The shop specializes in high-end residential construction and renovation projects in demanding environments, which is a common scope for the cottage and custom-home markets that straddle the two provinces.

## Services

- **Custom residential construction** — new-build single-family homes with a high-end finish, design-to-completion scope.
- **Whole-home renovations** — major gut-and-rebuild projects, additions, and multi-phase remodels.
- **Kitchen and bathroom renovations** — cabinetry, tile, and finish work to custom-home spec.
- **Cross-border project management** — planning, permits, and trade coordination for projects that cross the Ontario-Québec line, which each carry their own building-code and insurance implications.

## Service Area

Primary service area is the Laurentians (Harrington, Lachute, Argenteuil) in Québec, with Hawkesbury and Prescott-Russell (Ontario) as the cross-river sister market. Cottage-country and custom-home clients on both sides of the Ottawa River are the core customer set.

## Why it’s on home.renovation.reviews

Anomali Designs is the **directory’s first explicit Ontario-Québec cross-border anchor** — most of the Hawkesbury-area contractors in this directory stay on the Ontario side of the river, but a real portion of the renovation market in Prescott-Russell involves homeowners with properties across the border, and an Ontario-Québec-fluent GC is a meaningful option for those projects. Editorially important as the Hawkesbury cluster expands east into the Champlain Township cottage-and-custom market.
