## Why it’s on home.renovation.reviews

Above and Beyond anchors the Gravenhurst / central-Muskoka slot of our directory. The Houzz Best-of-Service recognition is a real trust signal — it’s awarded on annual client reviews, not paid placement — and the 2011 founding date lines up with the post-recession rebuild of the Muskoka custom market. The design-build scope (rather than pure GC) is the practical differentiator for cottage clients who want a single accountable point of contact from sketch to sign-off.
