Sometimes it’s not the inside of a house that needs attention first. I noticed this during a small exterior update on a home in **Vancouver** , **Canada**. From the street, the house looked tired. The siding was fine structurally, but the paint was faded and uneven in a few spots. Pressure washing alone made a noticeable difference before any paint was applied. Choosing the right exterior paint mattered because of Vancouver’s weather.
