# A.S. Jacono, LLC — Custom Additions & New Home Construction in Middletown, DE (Est. 2011)

A.S. Jacono, LLC is a father-and-son general contracting business based in Middletown, Delaware. Steve Jacono brings over 40 years of carpentry experience to the company and also owns Beeline Services, a carpentry contracting operation he started in 1982. Tony Jacono has worked in construction for 20-plus years and serves as superintendent on all project phases. Together they bring more than 65 years of hands-on construction experience.

Since 2011, the company has focused on three areas: custom home additions, full home renovations, and ground-up new home builds across Delaware and Maryland. They’re members of the Home Builders Association of Delaware, the New Castle County Chamber of Commerce, and the Middletown Area Chamber of Commerce.

## Services

- **Custom additions** — Room additions, second-story additions, and garage conversions.
- **Home renovations** — Kitchen and bathroom remodels, full interior gut renovations.
- **New home construction** — Custom floor plans and build-to-spec new homes.

## Service area

Middletown and New Castle County, Delaware; portions of Maryland.

## Why it’s on home.renovation.reviews

A two-person operation where the owners do the work tends to produce better accountability than larger crews where supervision is spread thin. A.S. Jacono’s 65-plus years of combined carpentry experience and active membership in three trade organizations makes them worth calling for mid-to-large residential projects in New Castle County.
