# 1st Form Restorations LLC — Kitchen, Bath & Painting in Dallas, TX

Jeremy and Wally Clyce built luxury vacation homes in Costa Rica before bringing that background to the Dallas Metroplex — Wally as principal designer, Jeremy handling execution. It’s an unusual resume for a local GC, and it shows up in the detail work. The family-owned company has been active since the 1970s and holds a licensed general contractor standing in the city.

They work across the full interior scope: kitchen remodels, bathroom upgrades, interior and exterior painting, and room additions. On the kitchen side, that means layout changes, custom millwork, and professional-grade appliance packages. Bathroom work runs from fixture replacements up to full gut-and-rebuild projects. They’re also set up for room additions when a family needs more square footage rather than just a refresh.

## Services

- Kitchen remodels: custom millwork, professional-grade appliances, layout changes
- Bathroom upgrades: full gut-and-rebuild or targeted fixture work
- Interior and exterior painting: prep, repair, and finish coats
- Room additions: structural extensions for growing households

## Service area

Dallas and the surrounding DFW Metroplex. Phone: (214) 673-4740. Website: [1stformrestore.com](https://1stformrestore.com/).

## Why it’s on home.renovation.reviews

Verified 5.0 rating from 41 Google reviews. The international design background — particularly the Costa Rica luxury build work — is not something you find in most Dallas GC directories. Worth factoring in if finish quality matters to you.
